About this position

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Facilitate scaling brands and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
  • Work in conjunction with the company's external marketing agency to optimize content, reach and engagement on all platforms for national campaigns
  • Coordinate and post original, engaging and branded content across social media channels and all media formats for multiple brands
  • Continually optimize company pages within each social media network / platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
  • Enhance the company's employer value proposition on social media platforms to attract prospective talent and increase engagement across the organization.
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
  • Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial calendar which includes objectives and initiatives

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of social media management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Communications / English, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Audiences, Media Management or Journalism
  • Proven work experience with portfolio in social media, graphic design, and content management
  • Knowledge of principles of design, including layout, typography, color, balance, composition and current design trends
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suites and Canva
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of photography / video is preferred• Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content quickly (text, images and video)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Must have the ability to travel at least twice each year to different locations throughout the US

Compensation

  • $65k-$85k
